Photographs and video recordings may be taken during events, programs, and meetings at the Congress venue.
These materials may be used for archival purposes or published on the official website, social media channels, and YouTube channel of the Congress.

• Participant Networking Services:
In order to facilitate networking among participants through the official event mobile application or online platform, certain information entered by registrants
(such as name, organization, job title, current residence, email address, and mobile number) may be visible to other registered participants.
However, except for basic information (name, organization, job title, and current residence), users may manage the visibility of additional information through privacy settings after downloading the application.
Until detailed visibility settings are configured, only the basic information will be visible to other registrants.

• Business Matching Services:
In order to support business collaboration and interaction among participants, certain information of registrants (such as name, organization, job title, current residence, email address, and mobile number) may be shared within the participant-only business matching system. This enables participants to request meetings
and coordinate schedules.
Users may choose not to disclose specific information through privacy settings.

Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated above. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining prior consent will be taken in accordance with applicable laws.

Additionally, virtual business card information may be shared with other Congress registrants, including exhibitors and sponsors, through badge scanning at the event venue.

Collected personal information will be retained and used for up to three (3) years after the conclusion of the Congress.

However, if retention is required by applicable laws and regulations, the information will be retained and used for the period specified under such laws.
